KingAlarm was founded in March 2000 and, in many ways, it seems like only yesterday!
Like the birth of a new child, I have proudly witnessed the company grow from literally acquiring our very first customer – who remains with us today – to serving our present client base of in excess of 8ꯠ customers, making us the largest Electronic Security Provider in the Caribbean!
Whilst we have thankfully grown at a rapid pace since our inception, we have never forgotten the fact that almost all of our new business comes from the word of mouth referrals of satisfied customers. As such, our standard of service remains paramount, and I personally work closely with our Customer Relations Department in ensuring that all client complaints are addressed in a timely manner.
Serving and Protecting our clients is not a responsibility that we take lightly at KingAlarm, and are honoured to be given the opportunity to do so.
We will continue to place emphasis on EXCELLENCE in all areas of the company, and will continue to invest heavily in the training of our Operations Staff, as well as all other Departments, to ensure that the overall security and peace of mind of our clients are never compromised.
While we strive for excellence, I am aware that, despite our best efforts, we may fall short in this regard from time to time. In such instances, I ask that you make me personally aware of any dissatisfaction, especially in instances where our staff and/or our Management Team have been unable to assist.
